As health professionals we are charged with a mandate of promoting the health of our patients, yet most community pharmacies in the United States sell tobacco. Our research team is engaged in efforts to promote policies that will eliminate tobacco sales in pharmacies. We hope that by bringing together the voices of current and future health professionals as well as consumers, we will raise awareness and facilitate efforts to bring an end to tobacco sales in pharmacies nationwide.
